To do this, you must
A) Have a university owned computer/laptop
B) Have a university printer you want to connect to
- Search for "Run"
- open the program and type "\\printsrv\" in the box. Press enter
- You should now see a list of printers. Find the one you would like to add. You can search in the right corner
- Right click on the printer you need and select "connect"
- The selected printer should now be added to your computer
- To set it as your default printer, search for "printers and scanners"
- In the program find your printer again, click it and select "manage"
- The selected printer is now the default for your PC
- Print a test document, and as always call the Help Desk at X4357 if you have any issues
