Apple's iCloud Private Relay is a privacy feature in iCloud+ Subscription that hides public IP addresses and DNS records when using Safari on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, similar to a VPN. However, Southeast Missouri State University's network requires specific information for uninterrupted access. Using Private Relay may cause issues accessing on-campus resources and accounts without Multi-Factor Authentication, even when on-campus.
