Canvas Studio – Adding A Video to a Course

This guide sheet provides instructions on adding a video in Canvas Studio to a course, specifically to the Modules page.

Adding a Studio Video to a Course (no quiz)

1. Find the Module the video is to be added to.

2. Click the ‘+’ button on the right of the module name.

 

3. From the dropdown select “External Tool”

4. Select Canvas Studio

5. Select the video you wish to add from the library.

6. Click Embed. ***Video Quiz Embed shows up as an option but it does not work***

7. Click Add Item. Video appears in module as item.
