Fixing Widget Loading Issues on MySEMO Portal

If you're seeing this message when accessing my.semo.edu:

"We are unable to show information at this time. Please try again later or contact your administrator."

You can easily fix this by clearing the site’s cookies.

Steps to Clear Cookies for MySEMO:

Directions are for Chrome browser. For other browsers, contact the Help Desk or feel free to Google how to clear site cookies for your browser.

1. Go to "my.semo.edu".

2. Click the lock/slider icon in the address bar (next to the URL).

3. Select "Cookies" from the dropdown.

4. Click "Manage on-device site data" in the pop-up.

5. Click the trash can icon next to all cookies on the site, including data from embedded sites.

6. Click "Done" to save changes.

7. Close the window and refresh the page.

After refreshing, the widgets should load correctly. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@semo.edu or call 573.651.4357.
