Getting Toner and/or Staples For Department Copier
There are a variety of copier models, from different manufacturers (Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Canon, etc.), installed on campus. These copiers are often leased from companies such as Novacopy, GFI and Ricoh. In most cases these equipment leases include a maintenance agreement which includes copier supplies (toner, staples, & waste toner cartridges).
Copiers Leased from Ricoh
Toner, staples and waste toner cartridges for Ricoh copiers leased from Ricoh are available from the IT Help Desk located in Memorial Hall 107. Supplies can be requested at right, or by visiting the IT Help Desk in person. However, if planning to visit the Help Desk, it is a good idea to check availability with the Help Desk before making the trip - again this can be done by submitting a request at right.
Copiers Leased from Other Vendors
Copiers leased from vendors other than Ricoh, usually provide supplies for their copiers. Check the lease agreement and/or the copier itself for how to contact the vendor. If you are unsure as to where supplies can be obtained, submit a request at right, and the Help Desk can guide you.
