Request new technology equipment and supplies

Requesting Equipment and/or Upgrades

Requests for computers (desktops and laptops), tablets (iPads, Surfaces), printers, and peripheral devices (monitors, webcams, speakers, keyboards, mice, etc.) should be submitted to the IT Help Desk. The Purchasing department will typically reject purchase requests for technology equipment instead referring the requestor to contact Information Technology.

When making requests, provide as much information regarding the desired device as possible. If you have already received a quote, or have identified the desired equipment, please provide this information. Additionally if you have particular budget requirements, this is also helpful to know.
