Request Computer Installation, Relocation or Upgrade

You can request assistance with an existing computer to be installed, moved or upgraded. It is important to have the following information available before contacting the Help Desk or opening a ticket:

  • Tag # of the computer (red inventory tag or white label w/QR code)
  • Location (building/room) of the computer, if requesting move, the building/room where it is being relocated
  • The type of upgrade being requested and the reason why 
  • Index # to be billed in the event there are charges involved

Once the ticket is received, a technician will coordinate the service, and will provide any costs involved so they can be approved before work is performed.
