If you are looking for articles, how-to's, or general information, please visit our IT Knowledge Base. This is the core of self-service articles to assist the campus community. The knowledge base will improve access to information through enhanced search and a simplified organization. Over the next few weeks, we will be reviewing, migrating, and adding content to the new site. We have a large amount of content to review and migrate, but we are very excited to roll out the new site. And we appreciate your patience.

If you have technology issues and can't find what you need, you can still contact the IT Help Desk and/or submit a Help Desk Ticket.

In the coming months, we will add new ticketing capabilities as well as service request forms.

Office 365 & Chromebooks

Effective November 1st, Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Android (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) will no longer be available from the Google Play Store on Chromebooks. For more information on this change see the following article.
