SEMO's Information Technology department is transitioning to a new website and ticketing system.

If you are looking for articles, how-to's, or general information, please visit our IT Knowledge Base. This is the core of self-service articles to assist the campus community. The knowledge base will improve access to information through enhanced search and a simplified organization. Over the next few weeks, we will be reviewing, migrating, and adding content to the new site. We have a large amount of content to review and migrate, but we are very excited to roll out the new site. And we appreciate your patience.

If you have technology issues and can't find what you need, you can still contact the IT Help Desk and/or submit a Help Desk Ticket.

In the coming months, we will add new ticketing capabilities as well as service request forms.

Help Desk - Hours for Move In Week


Memorial Hall will be open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for walk-in, phone and email support.
Additionally during Move In Week - August 15 - August 20, Towers Complex 108 will be open 10am - 3pm (until 2pm on Saturday, Aug 20), to provide walk-in assistance for those needing assistance with account issues, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, etc.

Student Device Registrations to be Reset Sunday, Aug 7


STUDENT network device registrations will be cleared this Sunday night (8/7). If you have a device (phone, laptop, game console, etc.) that is registered (on the SPLAT webpage) and working now, you will need to visit splat.semo.edu and re-register your device AFTER SUNDAY NIGHT - AUG 7.

Computers, tablets and phones: visit splat.semo.edu

Other devices (game consoles, media streaming, etc.)from a computer (or other device with a web browser) that is already registered, visit splat.semo.edu/gameconsoles
