Lab Announcements

New This Semester 

All scanners in the computer labs have access to Adobe Creative Cloud. This package includes access to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and many more! 

Furthermore, Dempster 113, Towers 110, Magill 118, Merick 129, and Seminary Building 203 has Bring Your Own Device Stations. These stations include a power strip to plug in your device, a monitor and docking station to connect your laptop. Additionally, students can check out a BYOD box that has USB cables for any connections, a webcam, and headphones. See the lab assistant for more information!

Lab Locations and Hours

The Information Technology open computer labs are distributed across the main campus and River campus. These facilities are connected through network services and are dedicated to academic endeavors. The labs are open to all students, faculty, and staff with valid Southeast identification.

Remote Labs

To help students have access to campus software located in the IT computer labs, the SEMO IT Department has integrated virtual lab technology to remotely access the IT computer labs. Students who are on or off campus and want to remotely access an IT Computer lab can follow the Windows & Mac or Chromebook guide.

Lab Printing

Students are allocated $21 for printing at the beginning of each semester. If students exceed their printing balance, they will be billed through the University.

Students can check their printing balance under the "Students" tab in the Portal.
