Fixed Rate Charges:

  • New Phones (current pricing may be different):
    • Avaya J139: $100
    • Avaya J169: $145
    • Avaya J179: $175
    • Conference Room Phone: $350
  • Avaya Software License Upgrades (current pricing may be different):
    • Standard User: $25
    • Office Worker: $70 (upgrade from a standard user)
    • Power User: $120 (upgrade from standard user)
    • Call Center Agent: $380
  • eGoldFax: $6/month. Must contact Telecom department in order to use eGoldFax.
  • Repair damaged data jacks due to neglect: $50
  • New LAN drop: $500
  • Move LAN drop (if possible): $100

Labor and Materials Charges

  • New construction/renovation projects: $50/hr + equipment and materials
  • Install new equipment in conference/meeting rooms (non-classroom spaces): $50/hr + equipment and materials
