The IT Help Desk has offices in Memorial Hall Room 107 (which is open year-round) and Towers Central Complex Room 108 (which is only open during the fall and spring semesters).
Both locations offer telephone, email and walk-in support. Remote Support (phone & email only) is offered during semester breaks, and holidays whenever possible.
