IT Help Desk Hours of Operation and Location Information

The IT Help Desk has offices in Memorial Hall Room 107 (which is open year-round) and Towers Central Complex Room 108 (which is only open during the fall and spring semesters).

Both locations offer telephone, email and walk-in support. Remote Support (phone & email only) is offered during semester breaks, and holidays whenever possible.

The operational hours for the IT Help Desk are as follows:

SPRING SEMESTER - Regular operations

Sunday, January 19 - MLK Weekend

Sunday, March 9 - Thursday March 13 - Spring Break (see below)

Friday, April 18 - Designated University Holiday

Sunday, April 20 - Easter Sunday
